What Makes Us Different

The first and most obvious difference is that we are a division of the Fire & Rescue Service. Our approach is that we want to help and inform you as much as possible about fire regulations and fire legislation.

Unlike some other online resources, we do not sell fire equipment. This enables us to provide you with a completely balanced view of the legislation. Our view is, if you need equipment then you will probably know where you can buy it. Our online system is not designed to increase the cost of compliance unnecessarily.

We do offer training services nationwide delivered by and large by current uniformed fire officers. You are not obliged to use our training services but if you would like to find out more we can help.

We do offer consultancy services. Once again, these are delivered on a nationwide basis and once again you may not need or want to use this service.

Our approach is completely transparent - perhaps refreshingly so.
